I'm excited to introduce my brand new Teen fitness classes, designed specifically to help young people build confidence, strength and healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment. These sessions focus on proper technique, injury prevention and age-appropriate training, whether the goal is improving fitness, boosting sports performance, or simply feeling better day to day. With a strong emphasis on mindset, consistency, and enjoyment, Teen fit is the perfect way to help the next generation develop a positive relationship with exercise while becoming stronger, fitter and more confident both in and out of the gym.

I will keep you up to date with anything I feel that will support you on your journey and check in with you to see how you are getting on with your workout progamme. Whether you are doing our online or in person training, the whatsapp service we provide will help you to keep track of everything.

Nutrition coaching forms an essential part of Personal Training. After all, exercise and a healthy diet are the perfect combination for best results. This will be done through a tracking app to support you and keep you accountable.
