Personal Training sessions are to take place at Energie fitness gym, High Wycombe. The gym offers some fantastic gym equipment with a great atmosphere. Another perk of being a member, is you will be able to attend my group exercises, which I encourage all my clients to do. On your journey, not only will you do 1-2-1 PT sessions you will also have a supportive programme and all the relevant nutritional support you will need to follow throughout the process.
